Power cycle gateway
- Power cycle (unplug and replug) the gateway - the green and blue lights should be blinking for 30 seconds upon power up.

Open Wifi network
- Open your WiFi networks on your computer, available wifi networks will be located near top right if on Mac, bottom right if on windows.
- Select the network named Pulsa-XXXX. (Last 4 digits will be the first four digits of gateway ID located on gateway's QR code).
- Note: You may be asked to confirm "No internet access", "Connect automatically" or that "Action is needed" which may automatically open a browser.
- You must connect to Pulsa-XXXX within 30 seconds of power cycling.
- If the green and blue lights stop flashing, you will need to power cycle again and connect within 30 seconds.
- Open your WiFi networks on your mobile device. They will be located in WiFi and network settings on your mobile device.
- Connect to the network that is Pulsa-XXXX. (Last 4 digits will be the first four digits of gateway ID located on gateway's QR code)
- Note: You may be asked to confirm "No internet access", "Connect automatically" or that "Action is needed" which may automatically open a browser. For iPhone, select "Cancel" and "No internet access" when a pop-up appears.
- You must connect to Pulsa-XXXX within 30 seconds of power cycling.
- If the green and blue lights stop flashing, you will need to power cycle again and connect within 30 seconds.

Go to 192.168.4.1.
- Once you connect to the Pulsa-XXXX WiFi network, if you were not already prompted to do so, open a web browser (e.g., Edge, Chrome, Safari), enter 192.168.4.1 into the address bar and hit enter to go to gateway's admin page.
- At the admin log in page, you will be prompted for a password, which will be the ID on the QR code located on the Gateway.
- Once you connect to the Pulsa-XXXX WiFi network, if you were not already prompted to do so, open a web browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari), enter 192.168.4.1 into the search bar and hit enter to go to gateway's admin page.
- At the admin log in page, you will be prompted for a password, which will be the ID on the QR code located on the Gateway.

Download logs
- Once you login, you should be at a screen where "Download Logs" is an option. Click on that button, and select a download destination on your computer.
- Files should immediately begin downloading.
- Once you have successfully downloaded the logs, connect to your normal WiFi network.
- Email downloaded files to support@pulsasensors.com or directly to a Pulsa support team member.
- The Gateway will timeout and resume its normal operation.
- Once you login, you should be at a screen where "Download Logs" is an option. Click on that button, and select a download destination on your mobile device.
- Files should immediately begin downloading.
- Once you have successfully downloaded the logs, connect to your normal WiFi network.
- Email downloaded files to support@pulsasensors.com or directly to a Pulsa support team member.
- The Gateway will timeout and resume its normal operation.
