Resetting your password

  • Access Pulsa via either the web dashboard or mobile (iOS or Android) interface
  • Below the Sign in button, select the option to reset your password
  • Enter the email you've used to set up your Pulsa account to receive a password reset email
  • In the password reset email, click [Reset password] to enter your new password, or copy and paste link in email if button is not working
  • Enter and confirm new password to reset your password
