- Click the [Scan] button at the bottom of your mobile app
- Scan the gateway and follow the prompt to enter gateway information
- Select a company from existing companies in pull down menu.
- Select a location from the pull down menu of existing locations, or create a new location by entering a new location name.
- If creating a new location, include the location's address or GPS coordinates. If you'd like to register without a location, you can always register your gateway's location later.
- Name your gateway.
- Click "Initialize a new gateway" and a confirmation message should appear at the top of the screen
- Navigate to the [Gateways] tab on your sensor dashboard.
- Click the [+Add] button and follow the prompt to enter gateway information
- Select a company from existing companies in pull down menu.
- Select a location from the pull down menu of existing locations, or create a new location by entering a new location name.
- If creating a new location, include the location's address or GPS coordinates. If you'd like to register without a location, you can always register your gateway's location later.
- Enter in the gateway ID which is located on the side of the gateway on the QR sticker. Ensure there are NO spaces before the gateway ID, as this will cause an error in initialization.
- Name your gateway.
- Click "Initialize a new gateway" and a confirmation message should appear at the top of the screen
