Moving your gateway to a different location?
Easily update your gateway's name and location to depict its new details.

Find your gateway
- In your Pulsa dashboard, select the [Gateways] tab
- On desktop, this will be on the left hand side of the dashboard
- In the app, [Gateways] is found by clicking "More" in the bottom right corner
- Select the gateway you'd like to update

Update gateway details
- Once on your selected gateway's details page, click the pencil/"Manage" button in the top right corner
- Edit gateway name to reflect new end customer
- Update gateway location to reflect new customer site
- Update gateway
- Click "Update gateway" to save changes

Optional: Update gateway maintainers or gateway disconnect interval
- If you'd like to update or add maintainers to your gateway, visit Managing maintainers
