Need to manage who gets alert notifications for your sensors? The Add or Remove Alert Subscribers bulk action makes it easy to update subscribers for multiple alerts at once. You can add new team members, remove old ones, or completely replace subscriber lists—all without editing each sensor individually. Follow the steps below to manage alert subscribers in bulk.

Select the Sensors You Would like to Update
- Navigate to the Sensors page and use the checkboxes to select one or more sensors you want to update.
- Once sensors are selected, the command palette appears at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on the Manage button.

Add or Remove Alert Subscribers
To Add Subscribers:
- Use the search bar to find users by name or email.
- Click each user to add them—selected users appear as removable chips.
- Verify your subscriber list, then click Next.
- Review the verification summary.
- Click Confirm to apply the changes.
- Wait for the completion indicator to confirm the update.
To Remove Subscribers:
- Select Remove Subscribers as the action.
- Use the search bar to find users by name or email.
- Click Next to verify compatible sensors and alerts.
- Click Confirm to remove the selected subscribers.
To Replace Subscribers:
- Select Replace Subscribers as the action.
- Use the search bar to find users by name or email.
- Click Next to verify compatible sensors and alerts.
- Click Confirm to remove the selected subscribers and replace them with the selected users.
- ***Note: This action will remove all subscribers on all alerts on the selected sensors and replace them with only the selected users.
