Need to update location maintainers for many locations at once? The Managing Location Maintainers power action lets you do just that in just a few clicks. Follow the steps below to set up or update the location maintainers for multiple locations at once.

Select the Locations You Would like to Update
- Navigate to the Locations page and use the checkboxes to select one or more locations you want to update.
- Once sensors are selected, the command palette appears at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on the Manage button.

Add or Remove Location Maintainers
To Add Maintainers:
- In the configuration panel, select Add Maintainers.
- Use the TypeAhead search bar to search for and select users you'd like to add as maintainers.
- **Note: Select "include company-level maintainers" to keep/add any company level maintainers. If selected the location owner's company-level maintainers will be notified in addition to the location maintainers for any issue at this location.
- Click Next to verify the locations where the maintainer(s) will be added.
- Review the verification summary, then click Confirm to execute.
- Wait for the completion indicator to appear — your updates are now active!
To Remove Maintainers:
- In the configuration panel, select Remove Maintainers.
- Use the TypeAhead search bar to search for and select specific users you'd like to remove as maintainers.
- **Note: Select "include company-level maintainers" to keep/add any company level maintainers. If selected the location owner's company-level maintainers will be notified in addition to the location maintainers for any issue at this location
- Click Next to verify the locations where the maintainer(s) will be removed.
- Review the verification summary, then click Confirm to execute.
- Wait for the completion indicator to appear — your updates are now active!
That’s it! You’ve just updated location maintainers for many locations in bulk!
